In
order for us to administer the exam, we need a minimum of 10 people
registered. Below are the sign-up
procedures and regulations:

First Time Taking Exam:
You are required to take the review classes or pay a deposit of $125.00. If you do
not show up for the exam you will lose your deposit, otherwise it will be returned to you.

Second Time Taking Exam: You are required to take the review classes and pay a deposit of $125.00 fee for the exam. If you do
not show up for the exam you will lose your deposit. If you pass the exam, your check will be returned to you.

Third or more Times Taking Exam:
A $125.00 non-refundable fee is mandatory to take the exam.
